Completely renovated in 2025, Bayside features a historic main house with three+ bedrooms. There are two private king ensuite bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor, making it ideal for multiple family or friend groups. The third bedroom features two twin beds, and the second floor living area features a deep sectional that can sleep one or two extra guests. Additionally, the main house features

History.
This home is really two historic homes that were originally built in Orleans Center near the current JoMama’s Bagel shop. The main house is an 1840s home, and the side house was built in the 1940s. In the 1970s, three owners before us picked these houses up and moved them onto a new foundation in the Namskaket neighborhood closer to the beach.
Our 2025 renovation sought to honor the history of the original homes, while bringing the
